How Long Do I Have To Return Items? 

  • You can return or exchange items up to 7 days after you receive them! To initiate a return or exchange, simply message us on our chat icon or send a contact form and one of us will get back to you within 24 hours.

How Do Exchanges Work? 

  • To do an exchange, follow the instructions for returning items, just simply let us know you want to exchange! None of this is automated by robots, so as long as your message makes sense, we can probably figure it out pretty quick. Be sure to enter accurate contact information in case we need to follow up with you! 

Can I cancel an order before it's been delivered?

  • One of the cool things about being an order-on-demand company is that we can confirm and ship orders very quickly. As a result of that, there is usually a very short time window from the time you purchase to the time we have your order on the way. Because of this, we cannot generally cancel orders once they've been placed. If you placed an order by mistake, simply send us a message as soon as possible letting us know what happened, and we will do our best to make it right.
